I really wanted to use my new apple corer, so I've been working on a baked apple recipe for people who hate walnuts (and those people are....ME!). I was going to post the recipe tonight, but I think it needs a bit more work. Mas says that they're great, but I don't know...they don't seem quite right to me. Of course, that didn't stop me from eating two of them.
