This is the best ranch dressing ever! It's perfect with the macadamia nuts, but I've used a combo of cashews, almonds and pumpkin seeds in a pinch. Really though, the macadamia nuts make it perfectly smooth and creamy. It thickens up in the fridge and also works as an awesome sour cream replacement on potatoes and the like. I always have to add a little extra water to make it a dressing consistency.
