
I made these mini valentine cupcakes for Mas using the basic chocolate cupcake recipe from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World. The frosting was a veganized buttercream that ended up being a tiny bit runny after I added the cherry puree. I put the rest in the fridge after I frosted these three and it firmed up really well. Did I mention that the VCTOTW chocolate cupcake recipe is the best vegan chocolate baked anything in the world? It is. The recipe is posted here. I would definitely recommend adding the almond extract.
