At the Lake

We spent the day at White Rock Lake. The dogs loved it, as usual. They were so exhausted that Mas almost had to carry Comet back to the car. I didn't manage to get up in time to put together a picnic, so we had Larabars (Cinnamon Roll, seriously amazing!), dried bananas and nori snacks.

Because I Haven't Eaten Anything Worth Talking About...

in days and days. We've been really busy, so it's mostly been snacks whenever we remember to eat. I don't think we've sat down to have a meal since Sunday (and I didn't make it; we went to Veggie Garden). I promise to make cook something this weekend, but until then you get Riker.

Sleeping In

We have the world's laziest dogs. Riker likes to sleep under tons of covers, so I have to pull back a huge pile of blankets just to wake him up. I let them stay in bed until noon everyday, but I literally have to push Comet off of the bed so that I can make it. Then, she just sits and stares at me until it's made and put away (we have a sofa bed) and the cushions are on the couch for her lazing pleasure.

Wanting to Go Outside

Riker likes to sit at the window and watch for his best neighbor-dog-friend, Sadie, to come out and play.

We Are Being Seriously Lazy Today

Rainy Day

We opened the windows while it rained all day and night. It was lovely.
Riker disagreed. He made this sad face pretty much all day.
