Bannock is my new favorite thing. It's insanely easy, tasty, versatile and veganizable. I've had this recipe bookmarked since it was first posted on Everybody Loves Sandwiches, but I didn't get around to trying it until yesterday afternoon. I made salty chocolate chip bannock, but there are so many things that you can do with it. I can really see myself making a different variation of this bread every day of the week. I'm definitely going to try some savory whole wheat bannnock later this week.
