My Dinner...

best waffle cone ever

So, you're trying to eat more veggies and whole foods when someone comes home from work with a freshly handmade almond waffle cone and a pint of your favorite soy ice cream*...what do you do? Uh, yeah. At least the the cone was all natural. Mas made it himself and I must say that it was perfectly crisp and delicious.

*Peanut Butter Zig Zag, what else?

Peanut Butter Zig Zag really is the greatest...and Mason's job definitely has it's odd perks. Three years ago he was bringing home greasy Mazzio's and Wal-Mart bakery leftovers (ugh and ugh) from work lunches--and now it's tofu/tempeh/roasted veg sandwiches and vegan waffle cones.

Oooh...some sort of fruit and almond ice cream sounds really good, though!
