Mason made up a delicious vegan pimento "cheese" recipe at work. He made the above (even better) version for dinner the other night and we finished off a huge bowl of it. It needs a little more work, but I'll post the recipe as soon as he perfects it.

i shall eagerly await for this recipe! i used to loooooooove me some pimento cheese spread. mmmmm! it looks so good!
