Seeds!

lettuce leaf basil

Seeds I've ordered so far this year:
Lime Basil
Lemon Basil
Lettuce Leaf Basil
Catnip
Wild Zaatar Oregano
Green Grape Tomatoes
Arkansas Traveler Tomatoes
Omar's Lebanese Tomatoes
German Red Strawberry Tomatoes
Fox Cherry Tomatoes
Black from Tula Tomatoes
Black Cherry Tomatoes
Ananas Noire Tomatoes
White Currant Tomatoes
Wapsipinicon Peach Tomatoes

Those are all coming from Baker Creek, but I'm still browsing a few sites for other heirlooms and odd seeds that I can't buy locally. We already added Hot and Spicy Oregano, Mexican Oregano, Italian Oregano and Golden Oregano to the raised bed with all of the herbs that overwintered from last fall. We're going back to Redenta's later this week to buy several heirloom tomato seedlings to plant in the 5 gallon buckets that Mas has been lugging home from work every day. So, yeah, we like tomatoes...and herbs...Basically, we're trying to grow things that have pricey and not all that tasty supermarket counterparts. What are you guys planting?

(P.S. In case you haven't noticed, this is the post where I gloss over that fact that I've completely ignored this blog for the last four months. Umm--if it makes you feel better, not all that much happened.)

Haha! I'm jealous of all your seeds - they sound exotic! Now that the snow is melted I may stop slacking off and prepare our new veg patch...
