"Mexican Pizza"
Homemade crust smeared with refried beans and salsa, topped with zucchini, garlic, vegan parm and Mexican oregano from the garden. This is what we eat when we're out of everything. It's super cheap and a tasty way to use up the veggies in the fridge.
Tomorrow, I have a delicious yerba mate limeade recipe of Mason's to post. It is also super cheap and the perfect spring/summer drink. I can't wait to sip it constantly for the next six months (and beyond!).
