Hey, Guess What's Really Good On Pasta

Crushed wasabi peas! Just toss 1/4-1/2 cup of wasabi peas in the food processor, grind until you have a chunky powder and sprinkle liberally over your favorite pasta. I used whole wheat linguine that I'd cooked with olive oil, lemon juice and tons of garlic. It's best with your favorite vegan parm. I love Jo Stepaniak's Parmazano from The Uncheese Cookbook, but any almond/nut. yeast mix would probably be just as good.
