Mushroom Paprikash

Okay, so it looks like a bowlful of turds, but I promise that this Mushroom Paprikash is delicious! I've never had any type of paprikash before, so I can't promise that it's authentic or tell you whether or not it "tastes vegan", but Mason and I both loved it. I did manage to screw up the dumplings somehow, so they ended up being a little tough. Next time, I would probably use my usual dumpling recipe (just because I know that I'm capable of making them correctly), but I wouldn't change anything else. And I think that it would be really good to completely bastardize it by adding tofu instead of dumplings and having it on a sandwich.
