Sauerkraut
Since I've been lazy this week and haven't made anything interesting, here is a short post about sauerkraut. We like it. It's good on Tofurkey brats and even better on Yves brats. It's also good on a bun sans brat. This was the first time that we'd tried Cosmic Cabbage, but it is now our brand of choice. And it's cheap. $4-ish for a giant jar.
