Dinner

rosemary focaccia

I know I've mentioned this before, but Jamie Oliver's focacchia recipe (from The Naked Chef) makes the best bread ever! This one is topped with rosemary from the garden, sea salt and Texas Olive Ranch olive oil from the Rio Grande Valley. We ate it with a big salad that had more garden herbs thrown in for good measure.

i like the setting for your dinner!
p.s. yes i have frozen the burger patties and they keep really well that way. just thaw for a bit and cook them in a skillet to brown, and you're good to go!
